The team of Mid Carolina Country Club combined to shoot a total of 222 to win the Lathrop Cup by four shots over their nearest competitors. The Mid Carolina team consisting of Steve Liebler, Ron Callahan and Jeff Twitty handled the Patriot Golf Club and breezy conditions to win the Cup for the first time. In the Pro-Am portion of the event, Head Professional Burke Cromer led his Spurs at Northwoods team to victory with a final score of 132.

The host team of Palmetto Golf Club used their local knowledge of the classic layout to win the 2015 Lathrop Cup Championship and the Lathrop Cup Pro-Am.  The Palmetto Golf Club team consisting of Jim Hamilton, Jim Wise & Michael Carlisle tamed the fast greens to finish with a Lathrop Cup total of 220.  In
