Jon Weiss Defends His Title at the 43rd SCGA Mid-Amateur Championship Title

CAMDEN, SC  (Oct. 29, 2023) – Final round results of the 43rd SCGA Mid-Amateur Championship hosted by Camden Country Club in Camden, SC on Sunday, October 29, 2023.
 

Jon Weiss of Florence claimed the title for the second year in a row at the 43rd SCGA Mid-Amateur Championship. Coming into the day tied for the lead at 4-under par, he carded six birdies during the final round to shoot one-under par for the day to finish the tournament at five-under par 205 overall. 

 

Sam Jackson of West Columbia finished the tournament at 4-under par 206 overall to finish second.

 

Jordan Sease of Lexington finished in third, posting an overall tournament score of three-under par 207.
