Davis Womble (Winston-Salem, NC), Christian Sease (Sunset, SC), and CJ Gatto (Athens, GA) all qualified at The Patriot Golf Club at Grand Harbor (7,054, Par 72) in Ninety Six, SC to play in the 2021 US Mid-Amateur Championship. Womble was the qualifying medalist with an eight under par round of 64.
Zachary Herold (Lexington, SC) is the first alternate and Brad Mangum (Iron Station, NC) is the second alternate after a two hole playoff.
73 players started the event playing for three spots and two alternates to participate in the 2021 United States Mid-Amateur Championship that will be conducted at the Sankaty Head Golf Club in Nantucket, Massachusetts on September 25th – September 30th, 2021.
