Nineteen players shot a score of even par 72 or better at The Spur at Northwoods (6,616 yards, Par 72, 72.6/139) in Columbia, SC to qualify for the 89th SCGA Amateur Championship.
Sam Jackson (Wagener) was the qualifier medalist after a round of eight under par 64.
The Amateur Championship will be played August 6-9, 2020 at Columbia Country Club in Blythewood, SC.

The SCGA, founded in 1929, is the governing body for amateur golf in South Carolina. As a non-profit organization, the SCGA’s purpose is to promote, preserve and serve the game of golf.
