Rain Hampers First Round at Mixed Team Championship
Rain and plenty of it was the story for the first round of the 21st Annual WSCGA/SCGA Mixed Team Championship that is being played October 19th – 20th at Dataw Island Club’s Morgan River and Cotton Dike courses. Players attempted to play through the elements while the Morgan River course soaked up as much as it possible but heavy downpours eventually forced the first round to be cancelled and will not be completed.
The final round of the Mixed Team Championship will begin Sunday morning with a 9:30 AM Shotgun played as a Four-Ball stroke play format on Dataw's Cotton Dike course.

The 2019 WSCGA/SCGA Mixed Team Championship is being played at Dataw Island Club’s Morgan River & Cotton Dike courses. The field consists of 57 man & woman teams playing a Best Ball format. The Mixed Team Championship is in its 21st year of existence.
