Carson Young, Will Starke, Matt Nesmith & Lee Knox have all qualified at Columbia Country Club (7,096 yards, Par 71) in Blythewood, SC to play in the 113th US Amateur. Todd White is the first alternate and Jordan Byrd is the second alternate.
94 players started the event playing for four spots and two alternates to participate in the 2013 United States Amateur Championship that will be conducted at The Country Club in Brookline, Mass. on August 12-18, 2013. A total of 37 players made the cut after the first round at 73 or better.
This qualifier was conducted by the South Carolina Golf Association on behalf of the United States Golf Association.
