Josh McMillan of Boiling Springs shot a 5 under par 67 to claim Low Gross at the SCGA 40 Plus Series event held at the Country Club of Spartanburg. McMillan successfully defended his title from a year ago carding five birdies and no bogies. Dan Constantino of Greenville finished in second with a score of 69 and Doug Ramey of Greer, finished third with a two-under par 70. 

In the Tournament Net Division, Dan Constantino took low honors with a net score of 68. John Fisher of Greenwood finished alone in second with a net score of 69 and Lewis Wiles of Easley finished in third with a net score of 70.

In the Senior Gross Division, Bobby Hines of Greer captured the victory with a one under par round of 71. Jim Van Ooteghem of Seneca finished in second with an even par round of 72 and Gary Odom of Greenwood finished in third with 73.

In the Senior Net Division, Dennis Guerriero of Lexington finished atop the leaderboard with a net score of 66. Jim Roland of Aiken finished alone in second with a net score of 68. 

The 40 Plus is a series of events conducted for the golfers across South Carolina, over the age of 40. The field consisted of 94 players playing the Country Club of Spartanburg. This event was the sixth of seven 40 Plus events the SCGA will conduct in 2016. The next 40 Plus event will be the 40+ Finale held December 11-12 at Callawassie Island Club.
