Four players earned their way to sectional qualifying (site TBD) for the 2016 US Open which will be held at Oakmont Country Club, June 16-19. Ty Harris of Hendersonville, NC led the field with a 6-under par 66. Josh Gallman (Boiling Springs, SC) and Jarrett Swan (Mount Pleasant, SC) turned in rounds of 5-under par 67 to also qualify. Preston Cole (Greer, SC) earned the final qualifying spot in a three-man playoff, after shooting 4-under par 68. Dalton Reese (Warrenton, GA) and James Clark (Fortson, GA) are the 1st and 2nd alternates, respectively.
