Carson Young, Josh Lorenzetti & Caleb Proveaux have all qualified at Columbia Country Club (7,142 yards, Par 71) in Blythewood, SC to play in the 115th US Amateur. Proveaux needed a seven hole playoff to advance to the Championship. Trent Phillips is the first alternate and JD Lehman is the second alternate.
95 players started the event playing for three spots and two alternates to participate in the 2015 United States Amateur Championship that will be conducted at Olympia Fields Country Club in Olympia Fields, Ill on August 17-23, 2015. A total of 30 players and ties along with anyone within 8 shots of the third place score made the cut for the final round.
This qualifier was conducted by the South Carolina Golf Association on behalf of the United States Golf Association.
