13th Annual WSCGA/SCGA Mixed Team Championship

Agazzi & Youngner Defend Title
It took a one hole playoff, but for the second year in a row, Steve Agazzi and Sara Youngner are the WSCGA – SCGA Mixed Team Champions. Agazzi and Youngner defeated Cathy Hill and Evan Schiltz in a one hole playoff after tying with a score of one under par for the two days.
In the Senior Division, Geary and Vicki Sharber from Florence came out of the First Flight to win their first Mixed Team Championship. The Sharbers shot scores of 71-77 for a total of 148 to edge out Sandy and Ronnie Knapp for the victory.
The 2010 WSCGA/SCGA Mixed Team Championship was played at the Hampton Hall Club and Pinecrest Golf Club in Bluffton, S.C. The field consisted of 73 man & woman teams playing a Best Ball format the first day and a Select Drive Alternate shot format the second day. Teams that played at one course the first day played the other respective course on Sunday.
