Weston Bell (Piedmont, SC), Jon Weiss Jr. (Florence, SC), and Osborn Theam (Jacksonville, FL) all qualified at Dataw Island Club – Cotton Dike Course (6,787, Par 72) on St. Helena Island, SC to play in the 2022 US Mid-Amateur Championship. Bell was the qualifier medalist with a round of six under par 66.
Cole Isban (Charlotte, NC) is the first alternate and Patrick Beste (Ponte Vedra Beach, FL) is the second alternate after a four-hole playoff.
74 players started the event playing for three spots and two alternates to participate in the 2022 United States Mid-Amateur Championship that will be conducted at Erin Hills in Erin, Wisconsin September 10th – September 15th, 2022.
