Preston Dembowiak (Kernersville, NC), Sam Jackson (West Columbia, SC), and Nelson Dickson (Simpsonville, SC) all qualified at The Patriot Golf Club (7,000, Par 72) in Ninety Six, SC to play in the 2022 US Mid-Amateur Championship. Dembowiak was the qualifier medalist with a round of six under par 66.
David Gibson (Lexington, SC) is the first alternate and Crawford Reeves (Greenville, SC) is the second alternate after a three-hole playoff.
75 players started the event playing for three spots and two alternates to participate in the 2022 United States Mid-Amateur Championship that will be conducted at Erin Hills in Erin, Wisconsin September 10th – September 15th, 2022.
