Starting the day with a two shot lead, the team of Chandler Mulkey (Johns Island) and Mike Durden (Johns Island) recorded a final round score of seven under par 65 to capture the 48th SCGA Lefty-Righty Championship. The tandem matched a lone bogey with six birdies and an eagle throughout the final round to capture the Lefty-Righty title, finishing the tournament at eighteen under par. Sam Jackson (West Columbia) and Dixon Waler (Columbia) finished in a tie for second place with Ian Faulconer (Simpsonville) and Mason Tucker (Lancaster). Both sides would finish with tournament totals of fourteen under par 144.
In Lefthanders competition, Mason Tucker backed up his opening round of 71 with a final round of four under par 68 to capture his first Lefthanders Championship with a tournament total of five under par 139. Brian Lee (Blythewood) finished alone in second place at four under par 140.
In Senior Lefty-Righty competition, Rich Weston (Pawleys Island) and Rich Rebholz (Charleston) took home the Senior Lefty-Righty title after a final round 69 and two-day total of 135. Jem Mott (Holly Hill) and Mark Easterling (Branchville) secured a solo second finish with a tournament total of eight under par 136.
In Senior Lefthanders competition, Rich Weston completed the win after a final round score of 73 and two-day total of two over par 146. With this victory, Weston has now won 8 Lefthanders Championships.
