This summer, the state's top amateur golfers will compete for the coveted SCGA Amateur title on one of South Carolina’s premier championship courses.

Stepping in to host on short notice, The Carolina Country Club has proven to be a world-class venue, offering a championship-caliber layout that will challenge even the most skilled competitors. The club has played host to the BMW Pro-Am, the club has a rich history of hosting high-profile events, adding to the prestige of this year's championship. The Tom Jackson-designed, 18-hole championship course, thought to be among the best in the Upstate, meanders through a beautiful natural setting with streams and a signature lake coming into play on several holes.
