24th Annual Players Four Ball Championship
Cloninger and White Roll On To Victory
Rick Cloninger and Todd White shot a second consecutive round of 64 for a two day total of 128 and four shot victory in the SCGA’s Players Four Ball. Fort Mill’s Rick Cloninger and Moore’s Todd White combined for eight birdies and no bogies to beat out Brent Roof and Paul Tucker who finished alone in second place.
The 24th Annual SCGA Players Four Ball Championship was played on the par 72, Columbia Country Club in Blythewood, S.C. The field consisted of 66 two-man teams playing Best Ball format conducted over thirty six holes. The Players Four Ball Championship is one of 19 Major Championships conducted annually by the South Carolina Golf Association.
